We are happy to share another proud moment from our academy—Anandita Brahmachari delivered a commendable performance in the 8th Children’s Chess Tournament organized by 64 Squares Chess Academy, held on 21st June 2025 at Chennai Citi Center, Mylapore.
Competing in the Under-12 category, Anandita scored 4.5 out of 7 points, finishing 12th overall out of 51 players, and securing a well-earned 3rd place among the girls. She started as the 13th seed and finished with a performance rating of 1525, showing resilience and consistency in a competitive field.
While the overall ranking reflects the toughness of the event, Anandita’s result in the girls’ section stands out—marking her as one of the top female performers in the tournament. It’s encouraging to see her maintain strong form across events, building both confidence and valuable experience.
